An installment payment is not possible with Finion Capital GmbH.
However, through our payment portal (customer portal), you have the option to have your claim collected again by direct debit. You can choose the date for the collection yourself.
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Note: Enter your email address – which must also be registered in your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click "Request link". Afterwards, you will receive an email with access to our payment portal (customer portal).
After logging in, click on "To payment" and in the next step on "Collect again". Now you can select the payment date and must approve the order. You will then receive a confirmation email about this.
Note: If after logging into our payment portal you see the message that we have forwarded your file to our affiliated collection agency FairPay, our portal is no longer available to you for payment processing. In this case, please use the FairPay service portal. The link to FairPay is also displayed to you in our portal.
