In our Payment Portal (Customer Portal), you can check whether your bank transfer has been received and posted by us. To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Note: Enter your email address – which must also be registered at your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click on "Request link." You will then receive an email with access to our payment portal (Customer Portal).
Here you can see whether your bank transfer has been received and whether there are any outstanding claims/amounts.
Important: Please note that it may take a few days for your payment to be posted by us.
If your payment is still not visible after 7 business days, please check your bank transfer. Did you use the correct bank details and the correct reference?
If you have made a bank transfer that has not been received by us, you can initiate an investigation request with your bank.
