Do you want us to collect only your current outstanding amount from a different bank account?
You can easily change this in our payment portall (customer portal). To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Use the "collect again" function and enter the desired bank account. The change applies only to the one-time collection of the outstanding amount.
If you want to change your bank details for future debits as well, please contact your sports studio directly. All customer data is managed there.
