Yes, you have the option to extend your payment deadline via our payment portal (customer portal). To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Please log in with your date of birth and click on "To payment".
In the next step, select "Bank transfer".
Now click below on "you need more time".
In the next step, you can set and confirm your desired date.
An extension beyond the specified period of one month is not possible.
