The due dates of your contributions are agreed upon through the contract you enter into with your sports facility.
We, as Finion GmbH, have no influence on these due dates and deadlines.
However, if you are unable to make a payment on time, you have the option to pay the claim up to 30 days later.
You are welcome to make the payment of your outstanding claim through our payment portal (customer portal).

Please note: If we have already forwarded your file to our affiliated collection agency Fairpay, extensions of payment deadlines via our portal are no longer possible. When you log into our portal, a message will appear stating that we have passed your file to FairPay. The link to the FairPay service portal will also be displayed in our portal.
