You can view the amount of your current claim in our payment portal (customer portal).
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Here you can see whether everything has already been paid or if there are still outstanding claims.
If you still have an outstanding claim, you can conveniently pay it in our payment portal (customer portal).
If, after logging into our payment portal, you receive the message that your file has already been handed over to our affiliated collection agency FairPay, you can no longer view the amount of your claim in our portal. Please use the link displayed in our portal, which will take you directly to the FairPay service portal.
