Here you can find more about additional costs that may arise.
Additional costs such as return debit or dunning fees can occur if there are problems with the payment of membership fees.
- Return debit fees can occur if a debit from your bank account was unsuccessful, for example due to insufficient funds or incorrect account details. In such cases, banks usually charge fees, which we then have to pass on as return debit fees. It does not matter how quickly you transfer the membership fee. The costs are incurred in any case with a return debit.
- Dunning fees, on the other hand, occur if a payment does not reach us on time and we therefore have to send a reminder to remind you of the outstanding payment. These fees cover the costs for administrative effort and processing of the reminder.
Additional costs can be avoided by ensuring that the direct debit can be successfully processed on the debit day.
