If you want to cancel your contract, please contact your studio directly.
We, Finion Capital GmbH, act as the billing office for your fitness studio. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your membership account or insight into your contract data.
Therefore, cancellations can only be accepted and processed by the studio itself.
Please note the following:
- The cancellation deadlines in your studio contract.
- The cancellation must be made in text form (email) or written form (letter). How you must cancel your contract depends on your studio's terms and conditions.
- Please send the cancellation exclusively to your studio!
- Keep the cancellation and its confirmation from the studio.
