If you want to terminate your contract, please contact your studio directly.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to your membership account or contract details, so cancellations can only be accepted and processed by the studio itself.
Please note the following:
- Check your contract and look for the notice period. How long your membership at the studio lasts is specified in the contract.
Important: The cancellation must be received by the studio before the expiration of the notice period.
- The form in which you must submit your cancellation to the studio can be found in your contract. If written form is required there, you must actually cancel by letter. If only text form is specified, cancellation by email is also possible.
- Content of the cancellation: Although there are no fixed requirements for how your cancellation should look, below you will find some notes that you should include in your cancellation letter:
- Name and address of the fitness studio
- your name and address
- if applicable, membership number
- date on which you want to terminate the contract
- note that the cancellation is made within the deadline
- Send the cancellation exclusively to your studio!
- Keep the cancellation and the cancellation confirmation from your studio.
