In this article, you will find information about payment by direct debit.
You have the option to have your claim collected again via our payment portal (customer portal).
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Note: Enter your email address – which must also be registered in your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click "Request link". Afterwards, you will receive an email with access to our payment portal (customer portal).
After logging in, click on "To payment" and in the next step on "Collect again". Now you can select the payment date and must approve the order. Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email about this.
Note: If we have already forwarded your file to our affiliated debt collection agency FairPay, you cannot have your claim collected again by us. Once you have logged into our portal, a message will appear stating that your file has been forwarded to FairPay. The link contained therein will take you directly to the FairPay service portal.
