You will receive access to this from us via email, letter, or SMS.
Note: You only have access to the Payment Portal (Customer Portal) if your email address has been registered in the studio.
You can use the following link: Payment Portal (Customer Portal) - To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Enter your email address – which must also be registered in your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click "Request link". Afterwards, an email with access to our Payment Portal (Customer Portal) will be sent to you.
If you have already received a payment link but can no longer find it, you can request a new payment link at any time.
