You can use our payment portal (customer portal) whenever you want to pay an outstanding invoice or check the amount of your outstanding invoice.
You can conveniently log in to our payment portal (customer portal) via mobile phone. Login via desktop PC is also possible.
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Here you can see the amount of the invoice as well as the breakdown of the outstanding total.
You also have the option to extend your payment deadline, view the transfer details, or have the amount debited again.
Note: If we have already forwarded your invoice to our debt collection service provider FairPay, our payment portal will no longer be available to you. If you log in to our payment portal with your date of birth and email address, a message will appear stating that we have forwarded your file to our affiliated debt collection office. The message also contains a link to FairPay's service portal.
