This article provides you with more information about making payments through our payment portal (customer portal).
The payment portal (customer portal) allows you to quickly and easily pay your outstanding balance with us.
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Log in using your email address and date of birth.
Click on "To Payment" and choose between 2 options:
Direct Debit: You can have the outstanding amount debited again. Please select your desired date within the next 30 days.
Bank Transfer: Our bank transfer details will be shown to you in the payment portal.
Additionally, you have the option to extend the payment deadline for your bank transfer. Please click on "Bank Transfer" and then on "You need more time (click here)".
That's it! You can view the status of your payment or your deadline at any time in the portal.
Please note: If your file is already with our debt collection service provider FairPay, you can no longer view your outstanding claim through our payment portal. You can still log in with your email address and date of birth, but a notice (including a link) will appear in our portal stating that your file has already been forwarded to our affiliated debt collection company FairPay. The provided link will then take you directly to the FairPay service portal.
