If you are unable to log in, please contact your studio and verify your registered date of birth and email address.
Only if the data matches is it possible to log in to the payment portal (customer portal).
To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
If the data registered at the studio differs, please ask your studio to correct your email address or date of birth.
After verifying your date of birth and email address with your studio, you can use our digital assistant at the bottom right of this website to send us the correct data so that we can reactivate your access to the payment portal (customer portal).
Note: You may be able to log in to our payment portal but receive a message that you should log in to the FairPay service portal. In this case, our payment portal is no longer available to you because we have already forwarded your file to our affiliated collection agency FairPay. Please log in to the FairPay service portal to settle your claim. The link to the FairPay service portal is also displayed in our payment portal.
