In this article, you will learn how to change the debit date to suit you.
The date on which we execute the payment debit from your account can be changed.
Click HERE to access the payment portal (customer portal) and conveniently change the date for the payment debit. To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
In the payment portal (customer portal), you will see the option “Change payment debit date.” When you click on it, you will be shown how far into the future you can postpone the payment debit date.
Important: You can change the payment debit date. However, we only accept changes up to a certain date, which you will see in the payment portal (customer portal) under “We accept changes until $DATE”.
Usually, the deadline is 1 month from the first creation date for the payment debit.
Please make sure to select a payment debit date on which you have sufficient funds in your account to avoid further returned direct debits and unnecessary returned direct debit fees, reminder fees, and interest charges.
You can change the date as often as you like, as long as it is within a period that we accept for a date change.
Once you have changed the date and the change has been successfully processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address registered in the studio.
