The date when we execute the payment collection from your account can be changed. Click HERE to go to the payment portal (customer portal) and check whether you can still change the payment collection date or if the deadline has expired. To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
In the payment portal (customer portal), the option "Change payment collection date" is displayed to you. When you click on it, it will show you how far into the future you can postpone the payment collection date.
Important: You can change the payment collection date. But we only accept changes up to a certain date, which you will see in the payment portal (customer portal) under "We accept changes until $DATE".
Usually, the deadline is 1 month from the first creation date for the payment collection.
After that, we no longer accept changes. The background includes liquidity planning as well as regulatory requirements.
Please make sure to select a payment collection date for which you have sufficient funds in your account, so that there are no further returned direct debits and no unnecessary returned direct debit fees, dunning fees, and interest charges.
You can change the date as often as you like, as long as it is within the period we accept for a date change.
As soon as you have changed the date and it has been successfully processed by us, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address stored in the studio.
