In this article, we explain how you can check your payment receipt.
If you had an outstanding invoice and have settled it by bank transfer, you might be wondering whether we have already received it.
You can independently check the status of your outstanding invoices / contributions in our payment portal (customer portal). There you can also see if a transfer from you has already been received and posted.
To check the receipt of your payment, use our payment portal (customer portal). To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Note: Enter your email address – which must also be registered in your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click on "Request link". Afterwards, you will receive an email with access to our payment portal (customer portal).
Here you can see whether your payment has been received and whether there are any other outstanding invoices / amounts.
Processing your transfer can take up to 7 business days. If your payment does not appear in the payment portal (customer portal) even then, please check the account details and the payment reference. If the data in the transfer is correct and the payment is still not posted in our payment portal (customer portal), you can send us a payment receipt via the digital assistant at the bottom right of this page.
In case we could not assign your transfer and a refund has been made, you can make the payment again by providing the reference number.
