In this article, we explain how you can check whether your payment has been received by us.
To check the receipt of your payment, use our payment portal (customer portal). To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
Note: Enter your email address – which must also be registered in your studio – in the field "Enter email address" and then click on "Request link". You will then receive an email with access to our payment portal (customer portal).
Here you can see whether your payment has been received and whether there are any outstanding claims / amounts.
Important: Please note that it may take several days for your payment to be recorded by us.
If your payment is still not visible after 7 working days, please check your transfer. Did you use the correct bank details and the correct reference?
In case we could not assign your transfer to a file number, we may have refunded your payment. If this has happened, please transfer the amount again, stating your file number. You can find this in our payment requests by email or by post.
