Reminder fees arise when a payment has not been received on time.
If your transfer was made on time, please check the details again, such as the purpose of payment and IBAN. If the reference number is missing in the purpose of payment, you can send us the payment receipt via the digital assistant at the bottom right of this page.
You will always find all payment information on our letters, which you receive from us by post or email.
Reminder fees usually occur if the deadline for the payment has been exceeded. The date by which the payment must be made can also be found in our letters.
