Some of our letters include a statement of claims. This allows you to see how the total amount is composed.
In addition to the regular membership fees, additional costs may be incurred, for example, if direct debit payments fail, fees are paid late, or reminders are sent.
The statement of claims may include the following items:
- Outstanding claims
- Reminder fees
- Default interest
- Return debit costs
- Return debit (e.g., membership fee)
