Here we explain what happens when your account has been closed.
If your account no longer exists or has been closed, no further debits can be made from it. To have the amounts debited again via direct debit, please immediately provide your new account details to your studio.
Please do not forget to settle the outstanding claims that have arisen due to the returned direct debits. You can view our outstanding claims in the Payment Portal (Customer Portal). To view the portal in English, simply switch from DE to EN in the top right-hand corner.
There may also be outstanding fees to be paid directly at the studio. Please inquire directly at the studio about this.
