In this article, you will learn more about revoking your SEPA direct debit mandate.
You have revoked the direct debit authorization, yet money was still debited from your account. This may be due to an overlap with a debit already submitted to the bank.
Banks usually require 2 - 3 business days to process a debit and withdraw it from your account. If you revoke the granted SEPA mandate during this time, the affected debit can no longer be stopped because it has already been processed by the bank.
This process will be completed and the direct debit will still be withdrawn from your account.
