Why charges may occur even though your contract starts later:
- Contract with pre-use before contract start:
If you have signed a contract with pre-use before the contract start, you are allowed to use the studio and its facilities before the contract begins. If costs are incurred before the contract start, these amounts will also be charged from your account before the contract begins (e.g., consumption in the studio or flat rates become due with the start of use).
If you have concerns about an early charge, we recommend that you contact your studio directly to clarify the situation. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account or your contract data.
