In this article, you will learn more about why you receive letters even though you have a contract pause.
There can be several reasons why we contact you even though your contract is paused.
If a direct debit return occurred before the agreed rest period / bonus period, we will contact you by email and post and ask you to settle the outstanding claim.
Although you do not have to pay contributions during the rest period, in many cases the flat rates still have to be paid.
Whether this applies to you can be found in the terms and conditions of your studio. If you are unsure, please contact your studio directly.
Note: Before you object to a debit during your rest period, please clarify with your studio first whether the debit is actually unauthorized or valid. This way you can avoid unnecessary further costs for yourself.
