If you have canceled your gym contract, your contract does not end immediately. Your contract includes a notice period.
You can find out what notice period you have in your contract or the terms and conditions of your gym. The contract only ends once the notice period has expired.
It is therefore possible that further debits are made from your account after your cancellation because the contract has not yet ended.
If there are still outstanding claims that you have not paid due to returned direct debits, we will continue to contact you and ask for the payment of your claims.
