In case you have outstanding amounts and you pay them at your studio, it may happen that we do not have any information about it.
Please contact your studio and clarify whether the payment can be forwarded to us. We have no access to your customer account or your contract data.
If you have a payment receipt / proof of payment, please feel free to forward this evidence to us.
